The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 198826 is amended as follows—
a
in section 21727 (qualifying persons and qualifying countries), in subsection (3)—
i
in paragraph (b), at the end insert “or”;
ii
omit paragraph (c) together with “or” at the end;
b
in section 22028 (qualification by reference to first marketing), in subsection (1)(b)—
i
after “Kingdom” insert “or”;
ii
omit “or another member State of the European Economic Community”.
