181.—(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Variation of Threshold Conditions) Order 2001 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2A (non-EEA insurers: specified regulator), in the heading, for “Non-EEA” substitute “ Non-UK ”.

(3) In article 3 M2 (non-EEA insurers)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “non-EEA” substitute “ non-UK ”;

(b) omit paragraph (2);

(c) in the heading, for “Non-EEA” substitute “ Non-UK ”.
