The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Service of Notices) Regulations 2001344 are amended as follows.

In regulation 1(2)345 (interpretation) omit the definition of “host state regulator”.

In regulation 6346 (deemed service), in paragraph (1), in the table for “in any EEA State (other than the United Kingdom)” substitute “outside the United Kingdom”.

Omit regulation 11 (day of service on a host state regulator).
