118.  In paragraph 30 M1 (offences)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “, a recognised CSD or an EEA CSD” substitute “ or a recognised CSD ”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), for “qualifying EU provision” substitute “ qualifying provision ”.
