23.  In the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) Rules 2004(1), in rule 3 (prescribed fees), in the table—

(a) omit entry (d);

(b) in Column (2)—

(i) in entry (a), for “, (b), (c), (dd), (e) or (f)” substitute “or (dd)”;

(ii) in entry (c), omit “(c),”.
