42. In the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 M1, in regulation 8(1) (interpretation)—
(a)in the definition of “health care professional”, in paragraph (d), omit “or 5”;
(b)in the definition of “pharmacist”—
(i)in paragraph (a), omit “or 4”;
(ii)in paragraph (b), omit the words from “or the” to “European State”.
