35. In Article 32—
(a)in paragraph 1, in the words before point (a) and in point (a)(ii), for “Article 5(1)” substitute “Article 5(1)(a)(iii) or (iv), (b) or (c)”;
(b)in paragraph 2(a), omit the words from “or apply” to the end.
