Amendments to Article 47

88.—(1) Article 47 is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”.

(3) For “Member States” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

(4) Omit the words from “, with the adaptations” to the end.
