Amendment of regulation 37 (notification of compensatory measures)52
In regulation 37 for paragraph (1), substitute—

The appropriate authority must ensure that the compensatory measures taken pursuant to regulation 36(2) are notified to each of the following (other than the appropriate authority itself)—
a
the Secretary of State;
b
the devolved administrations.
