Amendment of regulation 29 (assessment of implications for European sites after service of stop notice)
16.—(1) Regulation 29 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (6)(b), omit “, having due regard to the opinion of the European Commission,”;
(3) Omit paragraph (8).
