Saving, in relation to procurements commenced before exit day, of duty owed to economic operators from EEA states

8.—(1) The amendments made by these Regulations to—

(a)paragraph (2) of regulation 89 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (duty owed to economic operators from EEA states) and the heading to that regulation;

(b)paragraph (2) of regulation 50 of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (duty owed to economic operators from EEA states) and the heading to that regulation;

(c)paragraph (2) of regulation 104 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (duty owed to economic operators from EEA States) and the heading to that regulation,

do not affect any procurement commenced before exit day.

(2) To the extent that they are saved by sub-paragraph (1), the unamended paragraphs (2) have effect on and after exit day as if the word “another” read “an”.
