Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 of 4 May 2011 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of air conditioners is amended as follows.

In Article 3 (responsibilities of suppliers), in paragraph 1(c) for “Member States and to the Commission”, substitute “ F2Great Britain ”.

In Article 6 (verification procedure for market surveillance purposes), for “Member States”, substitute “ the authorities of F3Great Britain ”.

Omit Article 7 (revision).

At the end of Article 10 (entry into force and application), omit “This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.”.

In Annex 1 (definitions applicable for the purposes of Annexes 2 to 7), for subparagraph (8) substitute—

‘off mode’ means a condition in which the equipment is connected to a mains power source and is not providing any function other than—

a

an indication of off mode condition; or

b

functionalities intended only to ensure electromagnetic compatibility pursuant to the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016;
