4.—(1) Section 43 (information and consultation: Northern Ireland) of the Employment Relations Act 2004 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (5).
(3) In subsection (6), for “(2) to (5)” substitute “ (2) to (4) ”.
