Schedule 4B (provisions imposing obligations enforceable as relevant requirements) is amended as set out in paragraphs (2) and (3).

In paragraph 3 (persons required to be certified as to independence), in paragraph (d), omit sub-paragraphs (i) to (iv).

For the purposes of sections 30A to 30O and 38 of the Gas Act 1986, a reference in Schedule 4B to the Gas Act 1986 to a provision of retained direct EU legislation is to be treated on or after exit day as including a reference to that provision as it had effect in EU law at any time before exit day.
