22. In section 103 (reduction of expenditure on income support: certain maintenance orders to be enforceable by the Department) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 M1—
(a)in subsection (4), omit paragraph (aa);
(b)omit subsection (9).
