Amendment to regulation 2

3.  In regulation 2—

(a) at the appropriate place, insert—

““2002 Directive” means Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment(1)”;

(b) in the definition of “the Directive” for “Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/1011” substitute “Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2019/178”(2).
