Amendment to regulation 23
In regulation 2—
a
at the appropriate place, insert—
“2002 Directive” means Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment4
b
in the definition of “the Directive” for “Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/1011” substitute “Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2019/178”5.
