The Maritime Transport Access to Trade and Cabotage (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime Transport Access to Trade and Cabotage (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.

Council Regulation (EEC) No 2919/85 laying down the conditions for access to the arrangements under the Revised Convention for the navigation of the Rhine relating to vessels belonging to the Rhine Navigation is revoked.

Council Regulation (EEC) No 4055/86 applying the principle of freedom to provide services to maritime transport between member States and between member States and third countries is revoked.

Council Regulation (EEC) No 4057/86 on unfair pricing practices in maritime transport is revoked.

Council Regulation (EEC) No 4058/86 concerning coordinated action to safeguard free access to cargoes in ocean trades is revoked.

Council Regulation (EEC) No 3921/91 laying down the conditions under which non-resident carriers may transport goods or passengers by inland waterway within a member State is revoked.

Council Regulation (EEC) No 3577/92 applying the principle of freedom to provide services to maritime transport within member States (maritime cabotage) is revoked.

Council Regulation (EC) No 1356/96 on common rules applicable to the transport of goods or passengers by inland waterway between member States with a view to establishing freedom to provide such transport services is revoked.

Council Regulation (EEC) No 789/2004 on the transfer of cargo and passenger ships between registers within the Community and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 613/91 is revoked.

Council Decision 83/573/EEC concerning counter-measures in the field of international merchant shipping is revoked.

Decision No 167/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the activities of certain third countries in the field of cargo shipping is revoked.

Paragraphs 43, 43a, 43b, 53, 53a, 56q, 57, 58 and 59 of Annex XIII to the EEA agreement are omitted.
