The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (Provisional and Protective Measures) (Scotland) Order 199714 is amended as follows.

In article 2—
a
in paragraph (a), omit the words from “a Brussels” to “Convention or”;
b
in paragraph (b), for the words from “the scope” to the end substitute “scope of the 2005 Hague Convention as determined by Articles 1 and 2 of that Convention.”.

In article 3, omit the words from “a Brussels” to “Convention or”.
