SCHEDULE 4U.K.Amendments consequential on provisions of the 2018 Act

Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001U.K.

1.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (extension of existing disclosure powers) M1 is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph 42.

(3) After paragraph 53F insert—

53G.  Section 132(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.
