(3) In subsection (1)(a)—
(a)omit “Article 80(1) of the GDPR (representation of data subjects)”;
(b)for “that Article” substitute “ subsections (3) and (4) ”;
(c)for “GDPR” (in the second place) substitute “ UK GDPR ”.
(4) In subsection (1)(b)—
