(3) For the purposes of this paragraph—
(a)“internal combustion engines” includes engines of axial piston and rotary piston type;
(b)The following terms have the meaning given to them in the Dual-Use Regulation—
“aircraft”;
“airship”;
“lighter-than-air vehicle”.
