Amendment of the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013

21.  In the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013(1) in—

(a) regulation 75(3)(e) (decisions of the adjudicator), and

(b) regulation 77(3)(d) and (f) (decisions of the administering authority on reconsideration),

for “Pensions Advisory Service” substitute “Money and Pensions Service”.
