These Regulations may be cited as the Credit Institutions and Insurance Undertakings Reorganisation and Winding Up (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

This regulation and regulation 3(2)(b) come into force on [ date ].

The remaining provisions of these Regulations come into force on exit day.
