SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendments to the Act

Amendments to Schedule 8 – index of defined expressions U.K.

27.  Schedule 8 (index of defined expressions) is amended as follows—

(a) omit the entry for “Directive disclosure requirements”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

“enhanced disclosure documents

section 1078”.
