The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Employment Relations Act 1999(1), makes the following Order:
1999 c26; section 34(1) was amended by the Employment Relations Act 2004 (c.24), by Schedule 1, paragraph 42(1), (2) and (3). Section 34(2) was amended by the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (c.24), section 22(1) and (2). Section 34(3) was amended by the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, section 22(1) and (3). Section 34(4A) and (4B) were inserted by the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, section 15(10). Section 34(5) was amended by the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (c.18), Schedule 3, paragraph 11(a) and (b).
