11. In regulation 7—
(a)in paragraph (1)—
(i)after “request” insert “by an applicant”;
(ii)in sub-paragraph (a), for “another” substitute “a”;
(b)after paragraph (4), insert—
“(5) In this regulation, “third country” means a country other than a relevant European State.”.
