PART 2 Amendments of the principal Regulations coming into force on exit day

11.  In regulation 7—

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) after “request” insert “by an applicant”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (a), for “another” substitute “a”;

(b) after paragraph (4), insert—

“(5) In this regulation, “third country” means a country other than a relevant European State.”.
