11.  In regulation 7— U.K.

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) after “request” insert “ by an applicant ”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (a), for “another” substitute “ a ”;

(b) after paragraph (4), insert—

“(5) In this regulation, “third country” means a country other than a relevant European State.”.
