Amendment of the Equality Act 2010 (Amendment) Regulations 2012

6.—(1) The Equality Act 2010 (Amendment) Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) omit from “Council” to “implementing”;

(b) omit paragraphs (2) and (3).

Amendment of the Sex Discrimination Order 1976 (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

7.—(1) The Sex Discrimination Order 1976 (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(2) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) omit from “Council” to “implementing”;

(b) omit paragraphs (2) and (3).
