34. Where, immediately before 1st April 2019, a complaint falls to be handled under regulation 6(1A) of the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009(1), those Regulations continue to have effect in relation to that complaint as if regulation 10(3) had not been made.
