23.—(1) The Pension Schemes (Categories) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2), omit the definitions of “EEA agreement” and “EEA state”.
(3) In regulation 2, omit paragraph (2)(b) but not the final “and”.
