78.  In regulation 3 in Schedule 3 to the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1978(1) (which sets out regulations 2 and 3 of the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1978(2) as continued in force with modifications), after “former spouse” insert “or former civil partner”.
