The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Control of Vaccination) (England) Regulations 2006 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1)—
a
in the definition of “health marked”, for the words “required by” to the end substitute “
as defined in Article 3(51) of Regulation EU 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products
”

in the definition of “slaughterhouse”, in paragraph (c), for the words “under” to “rules”, substitute “
in accordance with Regulation EU 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products
