33.  In section 30(3)(b) of the Localism Act 2011(1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (i), at the end insert “or”;

(b) omit sub-paragraph (ii) (including the “or”);

(c) in sub-paragraph (iii), after “as if they were” insert “a married couple or”.
