In section 30(3)(b) of the Localism Act 2011144—

a

in sub-paragraph (i), at the end insert “or”;

b

omit sub-paragraph (ii) (including the “or”);

c

in sub-paragraph (iii), after “as if they were” insert “a married couple or”.
