This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Car Park D Ebbsfleet International Station) (EU Exit) Special Development Order 2019 and comes into force on 9th September 2019.

This Order applies to land comprising the land at Ebbsfleet International Station, Car Park D, International Way, Ebbsfleet, Kent, DA10 1EB, shown bounded externally by the outer edge of a bold red line on the Map, and referred to in this Order as “the land”.
