SCHEDULE 3 Amendments consequential on the transfer of functions in relation to social workers

Education (Student Support) (Postgraduate Master’s Degrees) (Wales) Regulations 2019

49.—(1) The (Student Support) (Postgraduate Master’s Degrees) (Wales) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In the English language text, in regulation 10(1) (eligible students – exceptions), in paragraph (c) of “Exception 9”, after “section 67(4)(a) of the Care Standards Act 2000” insert “, or under section 46 of the Children and Social Work Act 2017,”.

(3) In the Welsh language text of those Regulations (Rheoliadau Addysg (Cymorth i Fyfyrwyr) (Graddau Meistr Ôl-raddedig) (Cymru) 2019), in regulation 10(1) (myfyrwyr cymwys – eithriadau), in paragraph (c) of “Eithriad 9”, after “adran 67(4)(a) o Ddeddf Safonau Gofal 2000” insert “, neu o dan adran 46 o Ddeddf Plant a Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2017,”.
