In paragraph 5(2)(i) of Schedule 3 (absent voting: additional requirements for applications for proxy vote on grounds of disability) to the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 201590, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001 for the time being extends, other than the profession of social worker” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001 for the time being extends”.
