18. In regulation 8(4) (persons who may provide an LPA certificate) of the Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Guardian Regulations 2007(1), in the definition of “registered social worker”, for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)Social Work England;”.
