33.—(1) The Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the English language text, in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “medically prescribed dietary requirements”, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”.
(3) In the Welsh language text of those Regulations (Rheoliadau Bwyta’n Iach mewn Ysgolion (Gofynion a Safonau Maeth) (Cymru) 2013), in regulation 2(1) (dehongli), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “anghenion deietegol sydd wedi eu rhagnodi’n feddygol”, for “Orchymyn Proffesiynau Iechyd a Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2001” substitute “Orchymyn Proffesiynau Iechyd 2001”.
S.I. 2013/1984 (W. 194), to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
