7. In regulation 15—
(a)in paragraph (3)(b), omit the words from “(except” to the end;
(b)in paragraph (4)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (a)(ii), for “(4) and (6) to (8)” substitute “(6) and (7)”;
(ii)in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), for “(5) and (7) to (9)” substitute “(7) and (8)”.
