31. In regulation 45—
(a)in paragraph (4)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (a), omit “and”;
(ii)omit sub-paragraph (b);
(b)in paragraph (6)—
(i)at the end of sub-paragraph (c) insert “or”;
(ii)for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)the administration of the UK Registry.”;
(iii)omit sub-paragraph (e).
