Amendment of regulation 45

31.  In regulation 45—

(a) in paragraph (4)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “and”;

(ii) omit sub-paragraph (b);

(b) in paragraph (6)—

(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (c) insert “or”;

(ii) for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) the administration of the UK Registry.”;

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (e).
