In Article 39(3), for “Articles 2(j) and 15 of Directive 2009/28/EC” substitute “the Electricity (Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations 2003(1) or the Electricity (Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2)”.
