Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and, subject to paragraphs (2) to (4), come into force on 1st August 2019.

The entry relating to Lincoln Police Station inserted by the Schedule has effect from 16th September 2019.

The entry relating to Lymington Neighbourhood Police Station inserted by the Schedule has effect from 15th October 2019.

The entry relating to Penrith Police Station inserted by the Schedule has effect from 25th November 2019.

In these Regulations, “the 2018 Regulations” means the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (England and Wales) Regulations 20182.
