PART 1 Amendments of the Road Traffic Act 1988

24.—(1) Section 170 (duty of driver to stop, report accident and give information or documents)(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (5), in the words before paragraph (a), omit “or security,”.

(3) In subsection (6), in the words before paragraph (b), omit “or security,”.
