10.—(1) Section 87B (exemptions from disclosure) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (1).
(3) In subsection (3), for “subsection (1)(a)” substitute “Article 18(1)(a) of the prospectus regulation”.
(4) Omit subsection (5).
