Exemptions from disclosure U.K.

10.—(1) Section 87B (exemptions from disclosure) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit subsection (1).

(3) In subsection (3), for “subsection (1)(a)” substitute “ Article 18(1)(a) of the prospectus regulation ”.

(4) Omit subsection (5).
