Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 83(3), 93 and 94(1), (2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 1(1), 4(1)(b) and 4(2)(c)(i) of Schedule 10 to, the Welfare Reform Act 20121, makes the following Regulations:
In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922, the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to them.
